Multi-week residential project involving extensive surface preparation, including days of dustless machine sanding, gap filling, priming, and a three-coat topcoat system — completed under tight construction deadlines alongside active trades.
Our Approach
We pushed beyond standard residential painting by applying a waterborne, kitchen-grade Sayerlack satin finish across all VJ panel walls, trims, and doors — entirely spray applied. Using dustless machine sanding with Mirka and Festool equipment, 2 coats of primer, and 3 coats of topcoat, we engineered a seamless, chemically resistant surface that elevates the entire home's interior aesthetic.
