While we're not fully decentralizing immediately, our gradual steps towards this goal are already significantly impacting our team's engagement and perception.

#10% Job Acquisition Allocation: Instead of allocating 10% of our total revenue to traditional advertising, we redirect this budget to reward anyone who successfully brings in new business. This approach not only supports our community but also replaces large corporate advertising with more personal, direct marketing efforts. We're opening up that 10% to the free market, allowing anyone to use it to bring in jobs in whatever way they find most efficient. This decentralizes marketing decisions, leveraging the collective intelligence of a mastermind rather than a single marketing agency or enriching platforms like Facebook.

A young apprentice wraps their vehicle with our branding. Any job leads generated by this mobile advertisement earn them 10% of the job's profit, turning their vehicle into a revenue-generating asset.


A satisfied customer shares their positive experience, bringing in two more jobs and earning back a significant portion of their original paint job's cost.


A Facebook marketing guru takes the initiative to run ads on our behalf, taking on the advertising risk but standing to gain a substantial reward for successful leads.

By ensuring that cash flow—and thus profit sharing—is managed transparently, every team member's income is linked to the team's performance. Profits are held in escrow until three additional jobs are completed, reducing risk and distributing more profits among the team. This ensures each member is invested in the quality and success of their work. If any issues arise, the entire team bears the cost, fostering a sense of shared responsibility and collective success.
